we strive to provide our customers with high-quality used laptops. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Warranty: All used laptops sold by Shabab Al Madina Computer Trading come with 30 days checking warranty. If you experience any issues with your laptop during the warranty period, please contact our Customer Support team for assistance. Our All-Laptop Battery Backup Warranty For 1 Hour Less Than 1 Hour We Responsible. If There Is any Operating Problem by Hard- ware Within 30 Days We Will Solve It. If We Can’t Solve the Problem, We Change the Laptop & It’s Take 2-4 Working Day’s for Display No warranty.
Returns: We Don’t Refund Money.
Replacements: We accept Replacements within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a Replacements, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging. We do not accept returns for items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition.
To initiate a Replacements, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Support team at +971 54 456 5591 to request a return authorization.
- Pack your item securely to prevent damage during return shipping. Include all original packaging and any accessories that came with the product.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our Customer Support team.
- After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If the return is approved, your money can buy other products of equal amount. Please allow 30 days for your statement.
- Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is a result of our error.
