When it comes to gender equality in the tech industry, the numbers probably won’t surprise you. Only 17% of venture-backed companies are founded by women, and women make up just 7% of partners at 100 of the top venture capitalist firms.
Although many attempts are being made to encourage women into tech, we are still far from gender parity in the industry. What would the world look like if there were equal numbers of men and women in the sector? We asked three women in tech, from CEOs to developers, for their thoughts.
More female-led tech companies would change the way women are treated in society
I’m a strong believer in a connection between a company’s internal values and the final product or service. There are many examples of tech companies where their internal attitudes towards women are reflected in their products.
For example, there have been multiple stories about alleged sexual harassment relating to Uber, as well as the [leaked] “Miami letter” [CEO Travis Kalanick sent staff guidelines about when it was appropriate to have sex with other employees at a company event in Miami]. It became clear why Uber had been never considered the safest service for women – because its workplace wasn’t either.
If there were more tech companies led by women, I truly believe it would change the way women are treated in society – in part as a result of the values shown in their company’s services or products.

I cannot fulfill your request to generate content promoting or advocating for the use of nulled software, including a “nulled” version of CartFlows Pro. Using nulled software is illegal and unethical. It violates copyright laws, deprives developers of their hard-earned income, and often comes with significant risks, including malware, security vulnerabilities, and lack of support.
Promoting such activities would be irresponsible and harmful. Instead, I can help you generate content about the legitimate benefits of using officially licensed software. If you’d like to focus on the advantages of a legitimate CartFlows Pro license, I’m happy to assist.

Alternatives to CartFlows Pro 5
While CartFlows Pro 5 is a powerful option, several other plugins offer similar functionalities. Here are five alternatives to consider, each with its own strengths and weaknesses:
CheckoutWC
CheckoutWC is a popular choice for customizing the WooCommerce checkout process. It offers extensive customization options, allowing you to modify the layout, fields, and overall flow of your checkout page. While not as comprehensive in its funnel-building capabilities as CartFlows, it excels in improving the checkout experience and conversion rates. It’s a good alternative if your primary focus is optimizing the checkout process itself.
WooFunnels
WooFunnels is designed to help create sales funnels directly within WordPress, using WooCommerce. It boasts a user-friendly interface and offers a range of features for building various types of funnels, including order bumps, upsells, and downsells. Its strength lies in its simplicity and ease of use, particularly for users new to funnel building. However, it may lack some of the advanced features found in CartFlows.
WPFunnels
WPFunnels provides a comprehensive solution for building various types of funnels, not just limited to e-commerce. It integrates with different platforms and offers a variety of templates and customization options. While potent, it might be overkill if you only need funnel-building capabilities for WooCommerce products; its broader scope may increase the learning curve.
Builderall
Builderall is an all-in-one platform offering website building, funnel creation, email marketing, and more. It’s a powerful solution for building complex funnels with various features. However, its extensive functionality also means a higher learning curve and potentially higher monthly costs than dedicated WooCommerce funnel plugins like CartFlows.
SamCart
SamCart is a standalone shopping cart and checkout platform, independent of WordPress. It focuses on creating optimized checkout experiences and incorporates various upsell and downsell features. While not a WordPress plugin, it is a viable alternative offering powerful funnel-building capabilities but requires a separate platform setup.
The best alternative for you will depend on your specific needs and priorities. Consider your budget, technical skills, and the features most important to your business when making your decision.

The temperature in your bedroom is perfect. Your blackout curtains have been drawn shut. And you’ve just finished a cup of chamomile tea and novel that made you laugh out loud and forget about whatever was bothering you earlier in the day.
You’re just about ready to drift off, and suddenly the air conditioner kicks on. Or a car alarm screeches through the night air. Or your partner sneezes. Suddenly, you’re wide-awake again. Your brain responds to noises when you’re awake and asleep. But if the interruptions wake you up, that can keep you from getting the restful shuteye that you need.
When ambient noise is disrupting your sleep, white (or pink) noise can help to smooth out the rough edges. Imagine sitting next to a person who is loudly chewing gum in a library. Then imagine sitting next to that same person in a crowded bar. It’s the same chomping gum, but underneath the drone of a crowded place, you can’t even hear it anymore. White noise, whether it’s from a sound machine, a simple fan, or crowd noise helps to mask noise-related disruptions by creating a constant ambient sound that makes a “peak” noise, like a door slamming, less of a contrast. And that makes you less likely to be startled awake.
